2011 Kentucky Fellowship of Christian Bass Anglers Presents:

Cherokee Lake
April 30th

For many of us this would be the first or second time on
CHEROKEE. Another of Tennessee's great fisheries. Thirty nine
anglers launched off from 25 E Bridge at 6:30 a.m. In a chilling
ride on a lake, well known for hidden islands and boulders just
under the surface. Thank God for the GPS that would help us
navigate from danger on this great day. At the end of the day
many anglers including myself needed an I.V. to rehydrate and
some Aloe Vera for the sunburns.
On behalf of the tournament directors we would like to thank
each and every one of you that made the journey to Cherokee.
Also, we would like to congratulate each angler who brought fish
to the scale. With that we would like to recognize the top four:
First place going to Jeff Trout, 9lbs. 12oz; Second place going to
Mike Sammons, 7lbs. 4oz; Third place going to Curt Hall II, 6lbs.
14oz; Fourth place going to Zack Mullins, 6lbs. 9oz; and Big Fish
going to Jeff Trout, 4lbs. 9oz.
Cherokee tournament result sheet and AOY current standings
have been posted.

Next tournament will May 21st-22nd at Douglas Lake, look
forward to seeing you there.
