| Kentucky Fellowship of Christian Bass Anglers By Laws Adopted March 11,2008 Article I The name of the club shall be, Kentucky Fellowship of Christian Bass Anglers. KY. FOCBA Article II The purposes of the club are as follows: 1.Promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dieing world. 2.To conduct bass tournaments in an honest and sportsmanlike manner. 3.To promote fellowship and unity in a Christian Manner. Article III Membership shall be open to anyone regardless of race, creed or color. New members shall be voted on by the membership. Article IV Membership dues shall be $30.00 per year payable before the first tournament. Tournament entry fees shall be $20.00 payable before the start of the event. Article V All decisions or rule changes shall be put to a vote of the membership. The majority vote shall rule. |

| KY FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN BASS ANGLERS 1.Sign up fee of $30. All money from sign-ups goes toward the classic event, at the end of the year. 2.Each tournament fee will be $20 per fisherman. Due at launch. 3.There will be eight tournaments this year. Three Day tournaments and five evening tournaments. Turn to schedule for launch sites and starting time. 4.Must fish four tournaments to qualify for classic. 5.Dead fish are worth only half the weight. 6.Short fish (golden rule, closed mouth policy) will cost you half of the events weight. 7.Five fish limit per boater. 8.Slot size will be used on Paintsville with an 18” limit on all small mouth. 9.Weigh-in will start 15 minutes after tournaments end. Must have representative of your boat at the weight station by this time. 10.Top eight anglers at the end of season will fish in the classic. Lake to be voted on by qualifiers. 11. There will be a participation pound awarded to every angler for each tournament he participates in. If you fish eight tournaments you will have eight pounds at the end of season. THIS COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!! 12.NEW internet site is being developed for our club. www. kyfocba.com . Looking at eleven dollars per month. This money will come from FOCBA bank account. We are going to use money that is not awarded for a tournament to get this started and secure. Once sight is finished you all will be notified. 13. NEW “Wild Card rule” Every club member will need to pick one tournaments weight at the end of the year to CAST out. This does not include participation pound you get for each tournament. 14. Take a Kid fishing. Agreed upon by each member at meeting. Club members may bring a kid fishing at any of our tournaments. They can make the third Person in your boat or just your partner for the day. 15. FOCBA is based upon Fellowship and the love of Christ. We are on an Honor system with all anglers. We will begin each tournament with God and end With God. For without God we are nothing. |
